"Fearful Thoughts"
The idea that fear inhibit us from moving forward, finally learning to let go of fear and moving away from dark thoughts... shadows in the dark. Watercolor and Ink on watercolor paper.
Wow looking at this now... I did back in June this year. Compared to the sketches below I did a few days ago are a little more alive and round...wow overlapping and wrap-arounds... Thanks Lisa Berrett for those demos in class on how to draw the figure... and reading Barbara Bradley's book on "Drawing People" is teaching me to see.
I'm just sad I never got to experience Barbara Bradley as a teacher at the Academy of Art, it made me sad to find out that she passed on in 2008.
