Sacha & the lights

Part of a series of scenes I'm working on from a personal project called "The Northstar". What do you do when you suddenly realize that you had powers you never knew about? And what could you use them for? Here's a scene that I've been meaning to draw the last couple of weeks and finally got around to it this afternoon with some time to myself to work on personal projects. 

I hope to create a comic book out of this story that I've been so diligently working on the last two years. It started off as my graduate school thesis project and now its a fully thought out story that I will continue to explore. Working digitally sure has its benefits, its much easier to just sketch something in Photoshop rather than pencil to paper and having to scan. Hoping to start posting pages after the new year and my goal is to print a book by next year San Diego Comic-Con, crossing fingers! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE COMICS!
